We always recommend bolting your safe. Check the delivery option shown at checkout. In-home placement and bolt-down installation should be confirmed with our team so the service you choose matches what you need.

Tell us which safe you’re considering and where you’d like it placed. While not required, photos of the entrance, delivery route, and final location are helpful if you think your space is going to be tight. Doorway measurements and details about steps, elevators, or tight turns can also be very helpful to make sure your safe will fit. If you live in a condo, we'll need to know which association to be sure we install according to their rules.

Yes, we deliver safes upstairs and in condos regularly. We do have weight limitations on upstairs deliveries and will have to follow the regulations of your condo management including elevator weight restrictions. If you're looking at a heavy safe and an upstairs delivery, please give us a call. 

Clear the agreed delivery route and the space where your safe will go. Please keep children and pets away from the work area for their safety, arrange access through gates, and if needed, we may need you to confirm any building approvals or elevator reservations in advance.

Yes, for a completed in-home installation, our team checks the lock and walks you through its operation. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions before we leave; and a local team to contact afterward.
